Return/Cancellation Policy

For safety reasons, products cannot be returned.  If you wish to return a product due to allergic reaction, dis-satisfaction or product performance, please contact us at info@freshfacesbeauty.net for resolution.

 

We offer low cost samples of every product so that you can try them before you buy. 

 

If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order for a replacement.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@freshfacesbeauty.net within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations received after 24 hours, will be shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
